We are excited to announce to all our subscribers with a Stripe account that, thanks to our new Stripe integration, payments can now be accepted through Stripe in Sellvio stores. Alongside this new integration, we’ve introduced additional features to make managing your store faster and easier.

Version 5.8.0 introduces a new integration along with additional settings that not only simplify the purchasing process but also assist in managing your online store more effectively.

 

Stripe

Online payment systems are becoming increasingly important in the modern business world. One of the most well-known and popular systems is Stripe, which enables your business to accept online payments easily and securely.

Similar to PayPal, it provides bank-independent payment processing and allows payments made on your website to be transferred directly to your account.

Currently, it supports over 35 countries and more than 135 currencies, offering virtually unlimited opportunities to expand your business operations and accept international payments.

 

"Display product availability" setting

In today's fast-paced world, not only has daily life sped up, but so have online processes, including the online shopping experience. Few things are more disappointing than finding a desired product in an online store, only to realize a few clicks later that the product is, unfortunately, out of stock.

At Sellvio, we understand this frustration all too well. That’s why, in version 5.8.0, we introduced a new setting that allows online store owners to display product availability directly on product listing pages. Customers can immediately see which items are available and which are temporarily out of stock.

By enabling this setting, your customers receive instant feedback on product availability, not just on product listing pages, but also in related product sections and on your store's main page.

 

"Missing pictures" feature

We’ve all heard the saying, "A picture is worth a thousand words." This holds especially true in the world of online sales.

Product images often play a crucial role in whether an item sells or not. A well-composed, attractive, and detailed image can instantly capture the interest of potential buyers and persuade them to make a purchase. However, as your inventory grows, it becomes increasingly challenging to track every item and ensure that each one has the necessary images.

With Sellvio's new "Missing pictures" checker interface, you can quickly review and filter products by category to identify which items are missing images. This helps enhance the appeal of your products and builds trust with your customers.

 

Quick inventory overview

Online store owners now have the ability to receive instant feedback on product stock levels directly from the product listing administration page.

No more need to switch back and forth between the product list and inventory pages. The newly added "Stock Status" column provides an instant overview of the total stock of products directly in the product list.

If you need more detailed information about how many units of a specific product are available in each warehouse, simply click on the total displayed in the "Stock Status" column next to the product on the Products page. A pop-up window will provide a detailed breakdown of the stock levels across your warehouses.

 

Attaching Documents to Automated Email Notifications

Thanks to the expansion of our static pages, you can now easily attach documents to order-related email notifications.

All you need to do is assign the appropriate static page to the order status, then upload the documents you want to include as email attachments under the 'Files' section of the static page editing interface in the admin panel.

With this new feature, you can attach essential and official documents to order-related emails, such as the Withdrawal Request, Warranty Certificate, and more.
